Job Description Job Description Estimator Job Title: Estimator Location: Malvern, PA Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 My client is a contractor based in Malvern, who has been in business for over 25 years. They are one of the top commercial construction companies in Pennsylvania and are looking for a junior estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have estimating experience with commercial construction, if that sounds like you, let's connect! Responsibilities: Prepare budgets, conceptual estimates, and detail estimates for projects of varying size & complexity. Use labor, materials, equipment, and more to accurately produce estimates. Research before estimating data to better understand process and accuracy. Hand off estimates to team or subcontractors. Keep up to date on changes in trends and methods of construction and materials. Participate in progress meetings and client presentations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree and at least one year of estimating experience, preferably in a commercial setting. Proficient with Microsoft office suite (especially excel) and estimating software's. Willingness to learn and develop a variety of skills.
