Holidays Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Director of Finance to join our team. This is a
fantastic opportunity to lead a strong team and oversee our
company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be
responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting.
Responsibilities: As the Director of Finance, your primary
responsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing the operations of the
accounting department, including the design of a structure that
will achieve the department’s goals and objectives. 2. Preparing
financial statements, business activity reports, annual budgets,
etc. 3. Reviewing financial reports and finding ways to reduce
costs. 4. Managing the preparation of the company’s budget and
financial forecasts. 5. Directing the company’s financial strategic
planning. 6. Overseeing the investment of funds and managing
associated risks. 7. Ensuring the company complies with all legal
and regulatory requirements regarding finances. 8. Keeping up with
financial policy, regulation, and legislation. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A
Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance
role with managerial responsibilities. 3. Proven experience with
financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. 4. Expertise in
financial statements and financial analysis. 5. Strong knowledge of
data analysis and forecasting methods. 6. Proficient in the use of
MS Office and financial management software. 7. Exceptional
leadership and management skills with a demonstrable history of
leading a finance team. 8. Strong ethical standards and high levels
of integrity. 9. Strong communication and presentation skills. 10.
Ability to strategize and solve problems. 11. Strong knowledge and
understanding of economic and banking processes. If you are a
