Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Intake.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational direction to intake staff, including
training, coaching, and mentoring
Manage workload balancing and oversee quality improvement plans
Address case escalations, provider issues, and conduct HR
management tasks
Required Qualifications:
Experience in supervisory/management roles in a contact center
environment
Ability to develop and train large groups or individuals
Skilled in driving process improvement initiatives
Flexible and agile in ambiguous situations, open to changes in role
and scope as the business grows
Intellectually curious with a strong desire to understand and
improve work processes
