ENT opening in Montgomery, ALFull-time, permanent positionCompensation Package Overview: - Base Salary plus 2-year guarantee - Production Bonus Structure (RVU) - Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc. - Generous sign-on - Relocation packageClinic Details/Practice Support: - Administrative Support Staff - Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.Schedule/Volume: - Expected Schedule: Monday Friday 8-4 - Clinic 3 days and Surgery 2 days - Anticipated volume - Average 35 patients/day - Mix of patients Call: - Physicians typically take I day during the week. - Call is shared with other ENT - Currently call is 1 in 8/9 weekends
